Anytime soon, i am planning to get inflatable penile implant.

Question is how they long they last? I saw statistical numbers, but i cant find people online using it so long time?

I see how many people are getting revisions under 3 years, i think for such sensible and very mentaly painful operation 3 years are so little time.

And i am asking to some members here, How long you have it? When revision happend?

I've had mine for 3 years now and no problems. I talked to one of the Boston Scientific patient champions (they talk to folks who are thinking about an implant) he had his first AMS 700 LGX for 14 years before he got his second revision.
If mine broke, I'd definitely look at the malleable (MPP) as far as a replacement. No tubes, no reservoir, no pump, just bend it up and away you go. You can read some of theDriver post and you'll get a better idea about his journey.
Tell us a little bit more about you, so we can answer questions better.

Yes, I like my inflatable implant, but if I ever had to have a revision I might go with a MPP, we’ll see if that time ever comes, for now I’m satisfied and my wife is satisfied.

I’m worried about it being oval shaped if not working with much girth to being with and harder concealment.

Once people realise the inflatables are good, but if you want something that lasts a long time this is the way..

Is your girth still good? It must be hard to manage such a large flaccid. At least the inflatable changes in size by an inch.
