Doppler etc os perfect..so problem is in my mind..i can understand sometimes before sex that i am anxius specially with one beautiful and older than me woman..i am36 she is 42.. i take pills but i know after some months or years these will not work..so i am thinking for an implant..

They can act the same way all the time, since you do not have progression of venous disease, when as you take fde-5 you have to constantly increase the dose and eventually the veins expand to such an extent that they are not able to hold blood in the penis. My advice to you is to have sex with this girl more often and try to reduce the dose of the pills. At the first stages, this method helped me a lot. If you have not tried trittico (trazodone), you can try it, and I also recommend working with a psychosexologist in parallel. and this is not 1, 2 meetings. try this for half a year or a year, but at the same time kvass should be a regular sex life. this medicine you refer is for depression.. medicines like this i read causes ED..maybe i have to visit a psychologist first...i can work sometimes with pills still but not forever..you said that of you take bigger doses the veins expand...this happens to men which have venous disease or you mean that if I take bigger dose of pills then you need more and more bigger dose
