Thanks for the reply. There is plaque on the dorsal left. He said a graft for correct that. But hopefully cycling will fix it. My PD bend from 95 degrees mid shaft. So I am happy to not see that. How did you self correct?

Just put this up on another thread, but I may cheat on cycling, as I will be getting a peno-scrotal implant, so depends on pain threshold (privately, I am a wuss and don't tolerate pain very manly, lol).
I do know that I will be pumped about 60% post-op, so deflating will be welcomed, then will pump back up:)

I inflated between 80-100% and forcibly bent my penis against the unwanted bend and held it there for a few minutes each time. The upturn required downward force. The left bend required right force. Each time I successfully corrected a curve, I also had length gains of a fraction of an inch (left bend took me to about 6" with the ruler pushed hard into my bone).

Don't do anything without doctor buy in though since you had grafts.

No graft. That was if it bend remains. Too much surgery and increase infection risk. He inserted implants, plication and scroplasty . I am hoping to not do this again for a long time. Inflated how much I don’t know but no bend.

1. Pumped up right after surgery, and then you deflate, or
2. Do you actually pump/deflate your device?

If you saw my surgical notes, I was pumped to 80% after surgery and the doctor came in the next day before releasing me to go home and deflated my implant and the nurse removed the catheter.

I was on orders to come in after two weeks for activation (no inflation for two weeks). I partially inflated on day 7 and deflated again. At day 15 I went into the doctor and played dumb and let the doctor "SHOW" me how to inflate and deflate. After that I was instructed to cycle three times a daily for two more weeks. I didn't get further instructions for what to do after the 2 weeks cycling so I continued to cycle and still am doing so at 113 days.

You'd be surprised. At day 7 the swelling, in my case had subsided to the point that there was very little pain when locating and operating my well placed pump. It faces forward (deflate button) and tends to fold back underneath when my sac retracts.

Well, my 1st go 'round with the AMS, I found the pump, and found the button on day 7 too. I was a good patient and did not do anything. I just did what the Dr. said and familiarized myself. AMS gives out keychains too (I still have mine, go figure). That was week 1. Week 2, that was when things started to go downhill, this is why I think things were wrong from the get-go.
This time around. Its all walking. I am not going to do any form of exercise, except just walking (and stairs). FT has actually taught me how to cycle, so I think I will start myself and ask Dr. how much he as pumped me.
Still waiting for show and tell guys in my area, hopefully with a Titan.

From my experience, activating early can be fine, but it's crucial to listen to your body. I'd suggest sticking to gentle, controlled pumps and avoiding excessive pressure to prevent injury.
