Hi guys
I had surgery in April this year, coronal circumcision, Titan 18+2.5.
It has been 8 months, but I still feel uncomfortable while sitting, especially feel the base of the penis always being pushed and pulled. Have asked the surgeon and he said it is a problem related to the psoas major muscle.
Also, when flaccid, it is still very hard, and feel uncomfortable and a little painful when bending in other directions.
I want to know if you have encountered similar problems and how to deal with it? Thanks in advanced

Re: feel uncomfortable while sitting
As far as the discomfort while sitting, you may still be healing, and your body may still be getting used to the implant. I had discomfort in various ways for months after my surgery.
Yes, at eight months the cylinders in my dick were still pretty stiff. They will continue to soften. While they will never be as soft as a natural flaccid dick, they'll be able to bend quite a bit. But even after four years, I still sometimes bend my dick accidentally in a manner that's uncomfortable.

Only suggestion I can make is be sure your deflating as much as possible. While holding deflation button squeeze dick evenly on both sides and hold till no more fluid is remaining then gently push your penis into toward your body and this will remove more fluid. If you have the one touch reservoir then follow previous steps and then immediately give the pump a quick pinch to lock out the backflow.

Re: feel uncomfortable while sitting
I'm 6 months post surgery as of Christmas day. But almost 18 months from my initial failed implant and it's revision that became infected, so 4 surgeries and 3 implants. I still have issues sitting. And some minor soreness. I fully expect that I'll never be completely pain free due to the first surgeons lack of skill.
I'll just learn to live with it.

Re: feel uncomfortable while sitting
Very thanks for all guys suggestions, what I need do: get used to it, and deflating as much as possible.
just want to say a few more words: I have no dog-ear symptom, only because it has always remained in very stiff and straight state. In winter, when wear thicker trousers I can feel the implant pushing against inside my body. while sitting I feel as if something is poking inside my penis and pressing against the base of the penis, and I'm worried that it might burst or be pushed open at any time. In this situation, should I endure it by maintaining my sitting posture or stand up immediately?
Since the prosthesis was implanted, I've been very cautious and dared not make large movements or stretching movements. I don't know whether this is good or bad. Should I try some exercise and stretching the body?
I don't know whether the prosthesis will soften on its own or require human intervention. What are the good intervention measures? Would it be okay to bend it in different directions artificially to make the prosthesis soften? Sometimes I've tried to bend it, but it is too stiff to bend. Will forcibly bending it will lead to damage the prosthesis tissue?
