when I had my implant done a rigicon 6-2023 ... it was ok size wise had a stroke a couple of years before so had not been getting any erections all that time so that causes shrinkage ..I did use a VED daily for the 6 weeks before surgery. Then in Feb 2024 the right rod started looking like it wanted to come out the side of my penis. End up getting it replaced 6-2024 due to it being undersized from the 1st surgery ..there is a fine line between just right ..too much.. and opps to short. My surgeon is the highest volume implanter of mallabbles in the US so it was not lack of experience that caused the problem .. I do think having it done in a teaching hospital you never know who is doing the cutting and surgery and who is just supervising ..
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell

Sounds like there's a decent risk of not being sized right leading to a potential extrusion.

There is that chance no matter what dr. or what type or brand of implant .. Your in the hands of the "Gods" and even they can have an off day.

Since this is the right thread I would like to ask a question which for me is a question, in your opinion, having an IPP, switching to a malleable, flaccid IPP would be the final result of the malleable? Or should we expect a few days more or less? Is there also the malleable do they lengthen the penis in the operating room when installing the rods?
