Any info on the reliability of tenacio pumps? Haven't seen any complaints so far but there haven't been many cases here either.
Will BS keep making the MS pump or will they completely switch over to tenacio?

All 2024 Chrysler products are reliable in 2024. Let's see what the future holds!
1st day of Tenacio's US availability was June 10, 2024.
I think only time will tell and initial warranty claims will help fix the 1st gen design bugs in the product lifecycle.

I got the estimate from the hospital at $32,000 - BUT they have a 75% discount if you pay in full upfront (around $8005) and a 65% discount if you pay either half upfront and then 4 payments autodrafted or 33% upfront and 4 autodrafted payments. Plus anthesia estimate is about $100. So if you pay all upfront you're looking at around $13,000 to $14,000 a very good deal. And on the 75% discount if the charges go over the estimate amount - they give you the same 75% off if you pay it within 30 days.... So Dr Hakky and this hospital is much much more nicer in their pricing and payment options. But each surgery and needs during it will vary so your price can vary as well.... So yeah if I had known this beforehand I would have saved up and gone to him to begin with....
This is really interesting. I’m considering Dr Hakky for a malleable implant. Looking to do a virtual consultation with him to start sometime in the next 3 months. I’d be paying out of pocket so this would make a huge difference.
31 years old. ED for majority of my life - pills effectiveness highly limited. Looking to get a malleable implant sometime in Summer 2025!

Does Hakky prefer IP these days to PS?

That's what I sensed in my online consult. He also sounded flexible to change. Personally, I prefer getting the method that my surgeon of choice likes and performs in high volume, in a routine fashion week after week, day after day. This is the only way surgical skills get highly refined and fine-tuned. At this point, it becomes an execution of art, where science and objectivity seemingly take a back seat. As mama says, 'It's not what you do, it's how you do it.'

LastHope, do you already have an implant?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

There're so many advantages to PS, getting the right implant size, placement of pump, minimizing damage to nerves . I wonder why he prefers IP when most others are doing PS.

That's a great question. Who are the "most others" you are referring to? How many? What percentage of prosthetic urologists are using PS approach?
