Back ON THE FENCE!

Postby ceekay87 » Mon Dec 30, 2024 9:44 pm

About a year ago, I was SET for a January Surgery with Dr. Hakky in Atlanta. My then wife have been up and down most of our marriage and I was certain that we were done. But after she returned home we had a conversation about the surgery I had scheduled unbeknownst to her. You see we were destined for divorce court and I wanted to be READY soon after we said we NO LONGER DO!

However she managed to talk me out of it. She said because I could still get enough of an erection to please her that I didn't need it. I wasn't getting the surgery for her in the first place because she simply "doesn't require much" when it comes to sex.

Fast forward to November 20 and she is GONE! Packed and left for good. Divorce papers not filed but its totally inevitable. And now I am ready to get back out there!

Tis past Saturday I had a date that wound up back in my hotel room. Came prepared (so I thought). Condoms, lube, and Edex (aprostidil injection) on deck. When play time came I knew I wouldn't and couldn't stay up so I took the shot! NOTHING HAPPENS!!! Thankfully she was a mature lady in her 50s like me who understand these things happen. We tried again the next morning and I was a little more successful. Did't try the shot, however Iwas indeed ONE AND DONE!

But I told her afterwards, "there's a permanent fix to this issue...the implant"! She says I should get. She told me with much grace and mercy that even though I made sure she "got hers first", I was NOT COOL for me to get in and be done in "37.5 seconds"! I like was "damn...you were counting?"!

So here I am, edex has been hit and miss since I been using it. I can get an erection thats about 70% hard. Barely enough to penetrate. I think I wanna try trimix or bimix before going all in on the IPP.

I plan to contact Dr. Hakky (who diagnosed me with a venous leak back in January) tomorrow to see when I could be scheduled. I'm thinking since I can kinda get an erection I should try the trimix and wait. Or should I just go all in. Don't wanna have too many more incidents like this past weekend again. But I am not sure I wanna go into a situation where I can never have a natural erection again. My GF says "honey you already there!"

Thanks for reading my soap opera. I am open to all opinions as to next steps as I am once again...ON THE FENCE!!!

I realize my opinion might not mean much to you. But I also delayed my IPP for busy family reasons. Just my take on delays. Once you know & accept that each treatment update either doesn't work or fails quickly. You aren't helping yourself by delaying the implant. Just think of this. If you got an implant? After a reasonable recovery time. You could revisit this woman & just make her eyes roll back in her head. That open eyes but not seeing is a life changing look. You don't understand how that will make you feel until you do it. Then you'll be like most other men & be saying I wish I'd done it sooner.

That would never happen to you if you had an implant!
There is no reason to delay implant, it gives you power again, you can fuck any women anytime, as long as you want and where you want.
An implant is a game changer, your self-confidence grows from "fuck to fuck", girls are staying with you because of your dick and they enjoy it being fucked like never before. Now YOU can say "It's over" when you feel, you're done, NOT your dick!

Get an implant ASAP end start your new sexual adventure!

I agree with the above post. Don't waste anymore time, get the implant. I am going on three years and I love this thing. It is a life changer in many ways.

If injections aren't working, it's time. Go for it.

My thoughts of this situation. Having been told I have VL, then experiencing failures to perform and then being told by GF "honey you already there" my decision would be made! I would be trying for the earliest appointment to get implanted! The implant is a total game changer. Like so many others, knowing what I know now, I absolutely regret not getting it done earlier.

Go get the implant. Trimix might work for a while. In the meantime, no erections can lead to size loss.
Since you are moving on to a new life why not start it off on a good note?
Good luck.

To be fair, Edex is the weakest of mixes and for safety doctors intentionally start you on a too-low or marginal dose and have you increase gradually until effective.

I've stood in your shoes regarding Prostate cancer.

Your reliable erections (sadly) are a thing of the past.

I dealt with ED for a relatively short time- roughly 15 months.
I don't know if there was a worse time of my life.

Depression, sadness, anger....you name it.
This implant removes all of that and basically turns you into Superman.

IMHO you need to move on this.
DO not delay.

Best wishes.

I just spoke to a rep about getting trimix. It would cost me $500. However, I’m thinking that because of the veinous leak would trimix even be effective.

I called my surgeons office today. I think they may be closed for the holiday. Gonna try again Thursday!

I’m not seeing anyone regularly now. But I wanna have the confidence to KNKW THAT I CAN please a woman without fail.
I really appreciate the feedback guys.
