I'm about 2 months behind you, surgery-wise. I'm scheduled for surgery by Clavell on 1/29/25.

How is your recovery going - cycling yet? Any pain when pinning your erection up instead of down? A guy here on FrankTalk is giving me a Show & Tell this weekend - so I can get a better idea of how handling the pump inside the scrotum works.

Which AMS 700 pump did Clavell place in your scrotum: MS or the newer Tenacio?

Which AMS 700 pump did Clavell place in your scrotum: MS or the newer Tenacio?

My recovery is going great. Was pain free by the end of week 4 into week 5 post-op. Only needed OTC meds for pain prior.
Started cycling a few days ago so I am dealing with the soreness from that, but Tylenol and Advil take the edge off.
As for my pump, I have the MS. I am self pay and asked about the Tenacio and was advised that it was another 3K+ on top of what I had paid so I just stayed with it due to what I budgeted.
When I am fully inflated now or close to it, I cant point my erection up due to stiffness and pain, so around the house I just let it point forward and at night I partially inflate and point it up while I sleep.
