Airline Security

With the pumps, cinders and tubes is there any problem n gong throughout those airline security devices that essentially look at you naked?

I know for a fact, implants placed after a certain date (2004 maybe) that there's no metal, don't need to declare anything if going through airport security. SB

Been through airport security a couple of times since getting my LGX with no problems.
