I have tried more than a few OTC pills you see in minute markets and drugstores. There are hundreds out there. Looking for a good one to take an hour before pumping for increased rigidity but that has few side effects. I tried Narurect and it was superb but it did make me feel bad the following day. Viagra works a little for me but it gives me heartburn.
Any suggestions?
FYI, I have tried injections but they don't quite work well enough I suppose because I have a venous leak. I am a type 2 diabetic with good blood sugar control by diet and walking 4 miles a day. (no diabetic medicine)

Re: OTC pills to help pump
I have had some moderate success from l-arginine 5 gr (I find the powdered ethyl ester dissolved in water to most effective), yohimbine, and tongkat ali. I also add a full dose aspirin.
