Any new advances in implant technology?
Any new advances in implant technology?
Hello all, are there any new pumps, cylinders or technics on the market today or coming soon? Thanks in advance.
Re: Any new advances in implant technology?
The Tenacio pump with AMS implants is the only new advancement I am aware of.
The Tenacio pump improved on the old Pineapple pump, but I do not remember what the changes were

Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled for Coloplast Genesis 5/19/25

I saw something on a sexual health site about a magic wand implant they are working on ..would be a a magnetic wand that when stroked over the penis would make the implant interact and firm up ... to go flacid you would move the wand the other way ..

I'm willing to bet you won't live long enough to see them in the market. Concept vs reality is a big leap. This concept has been talked about for the five years I been a member of FT. I have not even heard of any being implant for testing. Want a working dick? Get an IPP.

The Tenacio pump was created to correct for the MS pump's problem with "sticking." I spoke to Dr. Kramer about this, and he said the Tenacio actually isn't as good as the MS pump. According to a press release, it's only good for up to 1000 cycles, which they claim amounts to a lifespan of 10 years (!). That is fucking absurd when you factor in daily cycling; you would have to limit your implant use to twice a week.
These companies suck.
"ANNOUNCING THE ALL-NEW TENACIO PUMP! WE FIXED THE ISSUE OF "STICKY PUMP" BY COMPROMISING EVERYTHING ELSE! BUT THAT'S OKAY, BECAUSE YOU CAN ALWAYS HAVE YOUR DICK SLICED OPEN AGAIN! IT'S NOT LIKE IT'S OUR DICK!"
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

That's well said: "Want a working dick? Get an IPP."
Get what is tested for years on the market, DON'T RUN for new devices, take the old ones that are working good!
If you aggree for something new, so the company should give it to you with no cost, so you can be experimental.
Your dick is such an important tool for you that you shouldn't experiment with, get what is tested and working for years

Implant July 20th, 2023, AMS LGX 18cm plus 5 cm RTE
That was the best I could ever do and I should have done it much earlier.

Re: Any new advances in implant technology?
I disagree if you want something tried and true get a mallabble ..less chance of infection ...less chance of failure.

Re: Any new advances in implant technology?
easymoney, that't true, it has less mechanical parts, so less mechanical failures, but I don't know, cause I have an IPP, maybe less stiff?
what counts, let it done, don't wait for something new that is just coming-out.
