Both "thedriver" and "niceguy1" went from IPP to MPP; both prefer the latter to the former while acknowledging the individual strengths and limitations of each. I received my first implant this past July and the experience has not been great. I have a REALLY buggy pump, and when inflated my hard on points to "4 O'clock"; the pump sits in front of my testicles and is pretty apparent. I originally wanted an MPP but was, like so many who had this initial request, talked out of it. Then again, there aren't too many here who are willing to share images of their MPP (the exceptions being "thedriver," "easymoney," and "tobenormalagain"), so that makes me suspicious of the general result.

So much to consider going forward.
