But I think, there are few, that had both, so they could maybe comment on that?

Implant July 20th, 2023, AMS LGX 18cm plus 5 cm RTE
That was the best I could ever do and I should have done it much earlier.

Both "thedriver" and "niceguy1" went from IPP to MPP; both prefer the latter to the former while acknowledging the individual strengths and limitations of each. Of the strengths of the MPP, they cite a "more natural feeling erection," "better engorgement," and less anxiety due to the near absence of mechanical failure; "niceguy1" especially appreciates not having to pump up all the goddamn time, which he feels kills the mood/spontaneity.
The IPP is superior in terms of length/girth preservation, and also when it comes to concealability. With an MPP, you would have to be ready to sacrifice a cm in length and would probably require dermal filler to maintain girth; but if you've gone through four IPPs in four years, like "the driver," I'm sure you wouldn't fucking care. As to concealability, which is always cited as the "big +" over the malleable, I say that's great if I don't plan on using my dick; in reality, however, I do plan on using my dick, and would prefer something that is ready-at-all-times and durable.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Honest to God? That's insane. So, they would keep a record of whether or not I watch porn?

thanks for the summary MPP / IPP.
Did I understand it correctly? You would like to have a MPP?

I received my first implant this past July and the experience has not been great. I have a REALLY buggy pump, and when inflated my hard on points to "4 O'clock"; the pump sits in front of my testicles and is pretty apparent. I originally wanted an MPP but was, like so many who had this initial request, talked out of it. Then again, there aren't too many here who are willing to share images of their MPP (the exceptions being "thedriver," "easymoney," and "tobenormalagain"), so that makes me suspicious of the general result.
So much to consider going forward.
