Orgasms after implant

I am about 3 1/2 months post implant and am finally able to orgasm flying solo. However the orgasms are not nearly as strong and hoping the intensity comes back. Curious what others experience has been with this.

It was the same for me. It took a while; nearly a year before I had a really good one. I still have problems climaxing. Sometimes are a lot easier. I am still trying to figure out what helps. I have heard certain lubes help and sometimes ED prescription drugs. I have used both and did not notice a specific difference. Maybe others can help.

So...I have a theory that this is more tied to the RP rather than the implant. After my RP I could orgasm but they were wildly different that previously - and I think a lot of this had to do with missing the ejaculation part of the orgasm (and yeah - I've read this is the case). However, after the implant I did get a bit weak and HAVE to masturbate at week 2 after the implant and orgasm was closer to normal for me. Also remember there are bits of you that may still be a bit numb from the surgery which could affect things.

2 Years in here Coloplast Titan. Losing my prostate made it more difficult to orgasm along with implant. It wasn't too long to have an orgasm and I remember it was awhile until I actually began to have stronger ones. I'd read on here that some have experienced stronger and different orgasms. Mine became very different and they feel even better with more intensity. I just believe that this process takes much time in healing. I had several issues which have all resolved themselves such as floppy Head. I have only cum one time inside of her otherwise its manual stim for me after we are done.

Thanks everyone for their replies its very much appreciated. The shaft is still pretty sensitive and I think like others have said its a matter of giving it time to heal. I will say that after my radical prostectomy my orgasms were slightly different but still pretty intense.
As always I am very grateful for guys chiming in here.

Last couple years before implant I was on maxed and even double dose pills and later injections and I was struggling a LOT with not being able to climax. I personally feel it was a lot mental for me as I was fighting ED for many years and even with shots it would die sometimes mid sex! And other times it would die and then. One back with a vengeance for hours! After implant it has been a hit and miss. Seems to go in cycles… can come for several weeks in a row and then once out of the blue I can’t, then seems like I can’t for a while. Generally the wife can finish me with lots of manual and prostate play, but at times P in V just won’t happen. Have you tried using pde5 pills to help engorgement. It seems that to me when I use pills and when I’m more engorged I’m more sensitive and can climax a little more often.good luck!

I may be an anomaly but i can now have multiple back to back orgasms.

It has been 1.5 years since i had my first surgery. Couldn't orgasm for several months from sensory loss. Now i still have some numbness but oddly that post orgasm donttouchitbodyflinch has now masked that numbness with extra pleasure sensation. Esp bjs, my gf can make me cum several times... who knew!

I was implanted at the end of Sept so I'm around the same time as you. I have more bits scheduled to be done this month so I might be a while yet. Hopefully it'll come back.
