Congrats LastHope! I’m excited for you man. I’m planning on going the MPP route as well. I’ll be paying out of pocket as well, so it made sense - but even if I had this covered by insurance, I’m very hesitant to go IPP on account of the fear of more revisions / device reliability over time.

yeaaaah ! congrats bud! for me personally the only thing that more beneficial with an ipp is the possible increase of length and or girth . but having to pump away each time and possibly having that system break down after that extensive surgery cancels that possible benefit out . even if the cost was lowered to mpp pice i would still pass .

I did try that , I have "black Cialis" from India @80 mg per pill they claim
I have used it for years . And usually not a full pill . It has worked good in the past .
I tried it the other week , 2 days in a row with 1/4 of a pill , but it gives me bad heartburn . So I had to give up on that .
In the past , 2 years ago . With it giving me good erections , I also had severe heart burn to the point , I would kneel on the floor leaning on the bed trying to lesson the heart burn.
I had enough of that . So I can't really say if it's effective .

You made the right decision going with the MPP, fuck all those revisions and problems with the IPP's, cost is one thing, but the emotional and mental anguish when you have a IPP break down is not worth it anymore too me, I went thru 4 of those fucking things and went thru a hello ride for 4 years,, it's the concern of loosing size and I get it,,, I was there,,, and thinking back on it each time I had a IPP revision I would bring up the MPP option and the surgeon would eventually go back to talking about size loss with the MPP and make it sound like I would end up with a micro dick,,,,,,,,,, What a easy way to talk a guy into a IPP.,, and then after all the bullshit is over and done and I finally pull the trigger on a MPP,, and I lost a 1/2 inch of girth ??? I'm a fucking idiot some times,, live and learn,,
My MPP one year anniversary will be Feb, 1st, and I would bet the house a IPP couldn't even come close to surviving what this Genesis has taken over the last 11 months,, and it definitely wouldn't have survived this past weekend, some of you guys on here know exactly what I'm talking about, the wifey was absolutely brutal fuck toy this weekend.
