36 year old implanted with a 28cm titan coloplast XL

36 year old here who was just implanted on January 3rd 2025 with a 28cm Titan Coloplast XL. I suffered from Corporal Venous Occlusive Dysfunction and Peyronies disease which made me have a 35 degree curve. Nothing too crazy but none the less it had to be taken care of. Also since my penis is on the larger side any type of venous leak even though mild had a big impact on my erection quality.

Currently my sack is almost the size of a grapefruit, my penis looks like the penis of Frankenstein. But I would do it all over again in a heart beat.
Just to give you an idea, i was taking 60mg of Cialis and 200mg of Viagra to get hard. I would then have to use a cock ring to stay hard, but even then some times I wouldn't be able to stay hard. I was using so much ED medication that I was literally going blind.
Dr Joel Hillelsohn showed me the upmost respect and consideration through out this whole process. He was extremely caring and understanding of everything I was going through. and although he was a bit apprehensive about doing a penile implant on me. He told me this is literally a quality of life issue and it needs to be addressed.

Ive been to other urologists before and they simply said it was a mental issue. This Doctor literally took the time and care to explore every option and every avenue. Ive seen the recommended Doctors on Franktalk. But I would choose Dr Hillelsohn every single time.


The road to recovery is going to be a rough one this first week. But I am already excited for what is to come when it is fully healed.

I had the surgery done in NYU Langone in New York City.

any questions ask away. I couldn't tell you how nervous I was going into this surgery. But everything worked out perfect!

I do have numbness on the top of my shaft from the bottom to where I was circumcised. All the other parts of my penis has feeling though.
The pump just floats around in my scrotum but was wondering how it’s supposed to stay where I put it?

Friday I had the surgery, I saw the doctor on Monday and he said I was healing very fast and every thing looked excellent. Next week I begin pumping so that should be fun.

Very very nice dick . You will do fine. Healing takes some time and is uneven. Some days I was like what did I do.

I'm 2 years post surgery and I don't even notice it.

It's just become part of me and let's just say I have a lot of fun though it is hard To hide in a speedo.

Yeah its crazy how uneven the healing is. One day my whole dick is swollen then the next it looks like an hourglass. I wasn't able to hide this in my pants pre implant. Now its going to be impossible lol. Also i get a clicking from my dick when i move it from down to up or up to down. I assume its because its still some what pumped up. Next week i start pumping. Hopefully ill be able to use him soon.
