Why is no one talking about Rigicon IPP?

Postby SwedishDave » Mon Jan 06, 2025 4:15 pm

After reading up on IPPs and comparing the brands, it looks to my uneducated eyes that Rigicons IPPs might be the best of both worlds?

Infla 10 AX Pulse seems like a great implant that is thicker than Titan and expands in length like AMS. Durability numbers seem pretty good too.

rigicon seems more focused on innovation than the other 2 giants, hopefully they will focus more on making durable implants.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Add to that a lifetime warranty, where you only get 10 years with Coloplast. Sounds pretty neat. I think what holds some people back is the fact that it has not been tested for as many years as Titan or AMX. If I get my implant done it is probably going to be Rigicon.

Can it still randomly crap out on you at any given point?

40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Lack of FT posts is simple. Most members are in North America. As a previous member said. Not approved for use here as far as I know. Once they get approved then Rigicon will have to actually bribe drs to use it & advertise it. USA approval is a hard process to go through. No motive for drs to use it when the market already has two good well known companies here. Even in the USA a good warranty is not very enticing. The actual cost of the implant is a very small part of the price of the surgery. Warranty doesn't cover the hospital & anesthesia. Even the warranty is contingent upon inspection of the removed IPP. So you STILL have the risk of paying for the IPP. Warranties while sounding good are actually difficult to collect on.

Well, I have the Infla 10AX, and I can vouch thus far. As you can see in my sig, I maintained girth and added length, and I'm only 3 months out from having the procedure. I've used it with relatively no issues. My only issue is the Dr's placement of it. Because of that, I've only been going to max expansion for the past week. That's where the 8" measurement comes from. It hurts!!

Anyway, in my opinion, taking the trip overseas is worth it because of the warranty, girth, and expansion.

I also have one, implanted in the UK 19/04/2023 on the NHS, I have had a problem with it, the bulb is very, very difficult to operate, I can only manage about 6 pumps before it goes solid, even with both hands, and I am only about 1/3 of the way to a usable erection at that point, it was like that from day one, I told the surgeon and he said that if I persevered with it, it would 'break in' and was normal, but so far if there has been any improvement, I can't see it.
I have contacted the hospital and they are quite happy to make me an appointment for them to take a look at it, but have said that any revision would almost certainly require surgery to replace all or part of the implant, I have only recently gone back to work from having three months off for a total knee replacement last July, and there is no way that I can be having any more time off work yet, so I am going to have to wait a good while before I go back to see if anything can be done.
Onset of ED at age 46, no erection since, pills, VED , Injections, no luck, not even once.
Implanted 19.04.2023 in UK, with Rigicon Infla 10 AX, not functioning so far, still hopeful.

I'm sorry you're having that issue man. Mine took a lot of strength to pump initially. It did soften over time though.

Thanks for that, how does yours work, how many pumps, how much pressure required?
I haven't had chance to ask anybody with the same implant before.

No experience with Rigicon but I cycle in a hot shower or tub, get it all loosened up I will pump till the bulb gets hard and then do the perito therapy which you bend your dick, go up and down and side to side, I will get another 3-5 pumps in, my 2 cents
