I was constantly icing after each surgery, of course you want to keep any incisions clean and dry, I didn't need much for painkillers.
Was it a day surgery ? or did you spend the night ?

Hi, I mention unpopped popcorn as an ice bag not peas, but whatever works for u. I had ED for 2 years due to a stroke before my implant. So woke up with my cock all stretched out where it had been flacid for 2 yrs. Of course there was pain but I never took anything but over the counter for it and it passed fairly quickly. Fast forward to 6-2024 had to have a revision, almost positive done by a student not the surgeon I hired. It hurt worse than the 2 other surgeries and continued to hurt for almost 6 months and still hurts. I would have thought since I already had an implant the space was already stretched out. Should have been a simple surgery was the worse one yet. So I know it's different for each guy, but surgeon/student skills I think plays into it.

Yes, I hope your pain improves over the next few months and that everything is back to normal a year after the revision. I suspect you might have gotten aggressive size, and it's taking additional time for your tissues and nerves to adjust and heal.

Lasthope, take the painkillers and don't think about it, it won't be 10 days of painkillers that will hurt you, on the contrary, they will avoid any type of inflammation, since in 20 days you will be busting some holes

Day 8 - I'm also taking Gabapentin that was prescribed because I had some shooting pains like needles poking.

Also, I think it's better to stop any daily Tadalafil (Cialis) until the incision is closed, as it seems to exacerbate the edema since this medication dilates the capillaries. Strange, I didn't receive any instructions to stop this though.

I stopped it from yesterday. Thank you for confirming! What's the reason he stated that it's dangerous? Is it for the increased intensity of edema/hematoma?

I took it for a certain period after the operation, then I saw that the only effect it had on me was that it broke my bones, I have the same engorgement when I'm excited without taking anything, the only thing I take is a very small dose of dapoxetine to extend intercourse from 20 to 40 minutes, I go on endless rides
