Implants with prior scrotal surgery

I had orchiopexy surgery 2 years ago because of an injury. Because the real estate in my scrotum is somewhat tight and a pretty large scar I was curious if anyone had to deal with this situation. I would assume I would need a intrapubic approach and pump placement in the scrotum would be challenging.
