Would you go back and do it all over again? Some simple questions for men who have an implant

Ragingbull, axial rigidity really good. Bending down is problematic because it spring back. I just wear it up. For me it's comfortable. I would rate everyday comfort like 80%. Honestly If I did this at 50 I wouldn't regret it. The pills were still working when I got the implant. The pills were certainly inconvenient and not ideal but they are better than implant.

When I aroused length 15.5 cm and girth (mid shaft) 11 cm
(Pre op 15.5 length and 11.6 girth (not remember where i measured it))

You’re regretting your implant over a measly 0.5cm girth loss? Surely there’s something deeper going on. If you had severe ED before surgery, as most people do here on Franktalk, you would have brushed off such a small size loss in view of the incredible benefits of the implant. I lost more than that (well I’m still super early in the process so nothing is definitive) and I couldn’t care less, because I have a hard dick with reliable, on-demand, tunable erections. The rest is just noise to me!

I would sign up for the loss of 0.5 cm if they installed a tactra on me, if you feel pain or discomfort like me then it's another matter, not having a third ball and no tube in the body that could break is already a privilege, which I would like have, and zero thoughts that sooner or later something will break

The distal end of the implant is a bit short of the end of your penis (the glans penis); that is an additional bit of length. 19 cm is 7.48". The crus on most men is more than that additional bit, though. So I don't know where extra length comes from unless you are measuring in a non-standardized method.

My signature says "Size before cancer / ED = 7.5" x 6.25"

That was my pre-cancer / ED size. Am absolutely NOT claiming 7.5" x 6.25" today. I absolutely wish I hadn't gotten cancer and suffered from Peyrones after. Current size with my new implant is 5.5" x 5". I will update my signature with my 'final' measurements after I don't gain anymore from cycling. More information in my journal.

Yes , ecstatic, life changing, I am 100 percent more confident and I love sex and I love women...allows me to fully enjoy both, wish I had done this earlier

2. Was getting an implant still worth it for those of you who have had to fight through the various complications?

For me, no complications at all, just 3 weeks of recovery before I sgtarted using it, and from there on it has been smooth sailing

What are your primary complaints about the malleable? I've been reading your posts, and it sounds like you had a pretty good result: it's comfortable and according to the above, you only lost a few mm in girth.

If girth loss is a problem, it can be safely corrected with some dermal filler.
