(Natural) is the best description for the Genisis, all of my sensation at the glans seems to be a 100%, easy to conceal, and ready at a drop of the hat, the wifey loves reaching over and grabbing a instantly hard dick.
there was nothing that felt anything close to natural when I had the IPP's, the tubing, pump, reservoir, and even the cylinders themselves, if they were deflated I could always feel them slide and move around in the capsules of my dick, I had a hard time to reach a orgasm with the IPP's, and most of the time I would have to reach orgasm and finish by masturbating.

None of that anymore, totally feel everything now and when the wifey gets going I have a hard time letting her bring me to the edge without letting the load go.
February 1st will be a year for me with the Genisis and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Lasthope, your going to love it brother.............

Thanks a lot brother! This means a lot to me.
Delighted to know you are very close to your 1 year anniversary with Genesis.

Is it too early to report on the rigidity of the thing? Some guys, CautiouslyOptimistic for instance, mention that their Genesis, no matter how they position it, has a tendency to hang toward the floor. Have you noticed anything like this?

A little early, but I can say that the Genesis rigidity feels close to natural rigidity. 'Natural' is the best way to describe this. My default angle pre-implant was 3:30-4 and that part remains the same. I don't have a tight suspensory ligament to begin with.

Due to the malleability, is it easy to position to 2, 1, or 12 o'clock? I ask because my LGX points to 4 o'clock inflated, and it's very difficult to position it to 2 (you can forget about 1 or 12).
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

2, 1 and 12 are easy. I'm on 12 now with an elastic band as he falls down to 4 by gravity. Just have to hold the base for support and I can position in any direction.

Good to know. Any pain/discomfort in angling it to 12? Too early to tell?

No pain on the base while angling it. Some soreness as it's early, yes.

Thanks! I'm waiting for when you're finally ready to give a thorough report on the malleable; you and a few other guys (duke_cicero, etc.).

I'm sort of amazed that you feel ready to angle it at this point! I wasn't emotionally ready to take the risk but you know more about this stuff than I do.

My doc wants me to point him up at 12 to keep the distal edema down, no choice here :D. Add to that a loose suspensory ligament (in the pic) that defaults me to 4. It's getting some flexion at the base already.
