I haven't had chance to ask anybody with the same implant before.

Mine works well. At this point, since I'm able to do full pumps, 45 gets me to the absolute max, where no fluid is left in the reservoir. I wouldn't go that hard for sex. I'd probably stop around 35 max. 45 is painful. Maybe it'll get less so over time. The more I do it, the less painful it feels. Anyway, it's pretty easy to pump at this point until I get around 35. At that point, it's not really possible to do full pumps with one hand.

45 pumps seems quite a lot. Do you know what pump you have? Is it their Pulse pump?

Yes, it is. I'm a bit above average, so I'm guessing that plays a factor.

Wow, it was said that the pulse would bring the pumps down to just four. 45 seems like the most I've ever heard! What have you got a fire hose?

I thought maybe I didn't have the pulse, but I definitely do. I just looked at my surgery order sheet. Definitely don't have a fire hose but I'll count again in the morning.

Yeah man... somewhere between 45-50 to max out. I'd stop at 40 for sex at most. Maybe you're referring to the deflate number. I only press once for that. Or maybe the pump number is higher because it expands. Idk

OK that's interesting. 10 x more than what that review said. I think 40 is a lot. I'd definitely be looking for something that does less if it exists
