Thinking about Implant due to Hard flaccid

Hi I am following different posts about Implant on this forum because I was trying to find if someone is going through the same shit like me ...
I am 31 , have some spine and posture issue that are by birth but I was okay until I turned 18
My symptoms
Shrinked penis that is hard when flaccid
Can get erection when lying down with continuous stimulation
Things get worse when I stand up and my penis get shrink to almost 2cm with no sensation and feel like a hard mads with no sensation
History
Done Doppler twice that came normal
Tried Viagra and Cialis that doesn't work for me
The most weird thing that has happened to me if I don't ejaculate after some days I get severe pain in lower abdomen that doesn't go away until I masturbate
I think its because of the prostatitis
I read a guy named Endo I don't remember his full name now went through same situation and his doctor diagnosed him with non bacterial prostatitis
I am trying to contact that guy but he is not active
Bottom line
I don't know if it's hard flaccid, prostatitis or back bone problem
I have tried to solve it from last 15 years almost but it's not getting cured
Now finally I am thinking about implant
I just wanna know if there is anyone who got the implant after hard flaccid
My questions are
How the implant gonna benefit if you don't have sensation in certain days due to HF
What if penis started contacting and you have implant will it not cause erosion because of extra pressure during HF flare
I also have some issues with incontinence
How I am gonna deal with it if I get the implant because of ED
Please if someone who had the implant while dealing with HF please let me know....
I come to this platform on and off to see if there is someone who I can relate to my situation but couldn't find in 5 years but that guy Endo his situation relate to my problem so I hope if he see my post he will help me !

I had HF with all the hallmark symptoms following a bacterial infection that became systemic.
For what I tried to do to alleviate it, please see my signature below.

When an implant is installed, the corpora is stripped away. HF, despite what you may have heard on Reddit, appears to be caused by involuntary corporeal contraction. No corpora; no contraction.

What kind? I didn't have continence issues, but I did have a weakened urine stream due to contraction affecting the urethra. I think your incontinence is a symptom of your prostatitis. Were you in fact formally diagnosed with prostatitis?

"How I am gonna deal with it if I get the implant because of ED":

I don't understand this question. Implant resolves HF; you won't have to deal with it anymore.

HOWEVER, I would never want to lead you into something you might come to regret. If you do decide to take this route, please do it after heavy consideration and not because of something someone told you on a message board. All I know is that this is the only thing that worked for me, even after trying Goldstein's bullshit spinal injections MULTIPLE times (https://auanews.net/issues/articles/202 ... ric-reflex).

When I stand up,I loose connection with my penis
Plus if I am masturbating more than 5 minutes I feel numbness and my penis start getting cold
Will Implant help with that???

For me, masturbating while standing up was nearly impossible and I wouldn't be able to keep it. It wouldn't get numb, but I would get a strange sensation sometimes along the left and right sides, a sensation I can't really explain. I'd then lose it and wouldn't be able to get it up.

Perhaps Indian Rasputin had a similar problem with numbness.

Like I said: I didn't have numbness issues, but I would sometimes get shooting pain down the lateral sides. IndianRasputin had HF as well and he has an implant. I would ask him about numbness.

I have Hard flaccid that makes my penis numb most of time and during flaccid state, it gets hard and shrinked with rubbery texture,
I have ED issues from long time
But I can successfully ejaculate while laying down and I have all sensation back at that time
I am worried about getting an implant because I think if get an implant and I go into hard flaccid state due to continues contractions it will put pressure on my implant and it will erode out
I am also worried about about lose of sensation after orgasm
Can you advise me if you know about hard flaccid
