IPP average 2.5%
MPP average 4.1%

Do I worry about the average 1.6% increased odds? Maybe not.

I'm certainly worried about accidental falls. If my tips hit the floor, it's going to erode out.

When was the last time you've just totally face-planted?

I don't know... Murphy's Law, gentlemen
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

I feel way more implant material and much less penis tissue in the shaft than in the first year, and in the glans when flacid I touch and feel almost only the hard implant tips. Really don't feel much glans tissue when flacid. Has anyone else experienced this atrophy over several years?

wolfpacker,

What about when engorged? I would think that that's what's most important anyway.

While it wouldn't help with the glans (would it?), what about dermal filler?

I still get engorgement but it's definitely less full and raging than in the first 1-2 years.

I'm concerned that HA (temporary) filler would restrict blood flow further since I don't think that product vascularizes. I'm actually more interested in FFT fat transfer into the penis, as at least then it would have blood flow in the fat cells. Also interested in dermal grafting for girth enhancement, basically taking the collagen mesh they apply to skin grafts for burn victims and wrapping that around the penis inside to grow additional tissue and increase girth. A couple surgeons offer this.
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Aug 2024 revision to AMS CX 24cm + 2rte

Dermal grafting for the penis sounds interesting. is it widely accepted in the medical profession?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled for Coloplast Genesis 5/19/25

For FFT and dermal grafting services, under what specialty do these surgeons fall into, plastic surgeons or reconstructive urologists?

sambalamba wrote:I had discussed this with Hakky and he had said that tissue thinning is expected to happen over time. I only discussed the thinning of remaining corporal tissue and not the glans. To enhance tissue survivability he said to keep cylinders fully deflated when not in use.

My personal thinking is regular use of a VED to bring blood flow would reduce this thinning process.

Not sure if CX or Titan causes more thinning or not. I would think glans thinning would be the same since longitudinal pressure would be the same with both implants. Also Eid always prefers Titan. If Titan causes significant more thinning he would have a lot more unhappy customers which doesn't make business sense.

What do you guys think?

I had the same thoughts as Sambalamba.

Also, perhaps using a red light panel on your dick a few times a week could be helpful, top and underside... red light at certain wavelengths (630-680nm) has been proven to increase collagen production. I would consider taking collagen powder as well daily.

I have not experienced this issue, I am sorry that you are buddy.

I do keep mine very pretty deflated when not in use..
