Hey thedriver, thanks for your words brother, as always...

The incision is 80% healed, but the last 20% is stubbornly refusing to close (day 22). I'm closely monitoring my blood sugar levels with my CGM and being a real OCD with the readings and diabetes meds to ensure that healing isn't slowed down and my immunity isn't compromised.

Pain is 95% gone, but I still have distal foreskin edema. It's considered a minor complication, and I've been told that only time will heal it. One piece of advice I'd give to anyone is to dodge a sub-coronal incision if you are not circumcised. It makes your surgeon's life easier as they don't have to deal with scrotal hematoma or difficulty placing the tips on mid glans. Some of them might care less about non-erosion and non-infectious "minor" complications like foreskin edema. My tips are positioned like a work of art though. I'll credit him for that.

I love using Cetaphil moisturizer to fight skin irritation caused by the wraps. What an amazing formulation!

I have a follow up with my surgeon in week 7. I've already started doing gentle, non ejaculatory masturbation. My wife gave me a hand yesterday and her comment was, "I don't know why we waited this long for this surgery...". I got a bit emotional when she said that. The slight angle to the left and 4 o'clock default position are making concealment so much easier.

Lasthope, good to hear progress is being made.
To an earlier question my hang position is around 3 to 4 oclock, as far as positioning it at 1 oclock while standing up ? it dosen't really go like that I guess, I don't think my old natural erection would stand at 1 oclock.
Mine also does a natural hang at around 4, and drifts slightly to the left, which is perfect as I dress to the left.
The tip placement is a big thing to get right for the implant to settle in at the right position, for the first 3 weeks I thought I was oversized because of pressure at the tips, but as that time went by it started to loosen up and feel more and more natural.
Wait until she pops that malleable cherry for you,,,, you'll be off to races then and reading about all the IPP problems and wondering
(why are they doing that to themselves) ?
Keep that incision clean and dry and things will heal up fine, you obviously do your research, so I'm counting on you to be a malleable czar of sorts and take care of all the tech questions while I'll cover all that nasty durability testing........... lol.....

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Are there any videos out there showing a malleable, how does it hang, bending it up and down, etc. Would like to see what it looks like. What are the lengths, I'm just over 7 inches and 6 around. Could I keep these measurements?
66 yrs old. Married 40 years to an awesome wife. Implanted on 8/4/2022 Titan 24cm XL. Dr Hakky. Loving the implant so far.

To give an example, the Coloplast Genesis has a maximum available length of 10.6 inches and a maximum diameter per rod of 0.5 inches. For comparison, the maximum diameter for Titan can go upto 0.9 inches. I don't know your corporal diameter.

The rods are malleable, and bending or positioning them after implantation is not an exact science; it varies according to individual anatomy, tissue elasticity and comfort.

Here are a couple of videos to give you some idea.

This is gold. I'll remember to keep my incision clean and dry. Those are amazing phrases. I think IndianRasputin came up with malleable clan! We never get tired of hearing about your durability testing. That's really the fuel that keeps the malleable flame alive in Franktalk.

I set out to look for events similar to yours for Rigi10. I looked up the FDA medical device datasets and found 108 reported explantations for Tactra and 50 for Genesis in 2024. Of course, without a common denominator, we can't do an apples to apples event rate comparison.

I found none for Rigi10. Either Rigi10 is exceptionally good, or Rigicon device reps are not reporting the failure events to the FDA.

Can you give the links on the search of the reports?
30 yo. Get tactra in 30, 11mm rods. Lost 5mm in length and 5mm in width. Regret about getting implant.
