i have seen a video on youtube where a malleable implant is pulled up to thr 9 o'clock position - actually more like 10 o'clock ,and it settles on 9 o'clock .
it was a Genesis if i remember right . i have a tactra ,and mine falls down to the left , it will not stay parallel to the floor . if i am on my back ,then it will stay pointed up or sway to the side 30 degrees or so , so for penetration , i simply grab it and guide it in ,its missionary or doggie . if the girl is on top ,she can do the honors . haha .
still, i would like to hear from other members with malleables ,if theirs will hold at a 9 o'clock position .

I'm kind of stupid, so you'll have to bear with me. By 9 o'clock, do you mean the same as 3 o'clock? Also, are you limited to only certain sexual positions? I see above that you mention "missionary, doggy, and on top (riding)," but are any of these more difficult or uncomfortable than others?

At home, without underwear, I often forget that I’m even implanted, which is sweet. However, while driving or in other situations where I have to sit with underwear on, it’s uncomfortable.

So, at day 28, if I’m being brutally honest, I don’t like sitting with a malleable while wearing underwear.

LastHope, I don't have the malleable implant, but at 4 weeks for me with the IPP I still had pain when sitting down in a chair even it it had good padding and getting on my road bike was difficult and a little painful, not a lot of pain but tightness in the scortum and perineum area.
The same when wearing underwear and driving, with only 4 weeks from surgery.
It will be interesting to us IPP guys how you manage the MPP further down the road when you are totally healed.

Keep getting better,
SWorks

Hey SWorks, thanks for sharing your experience at 4 weeks! It means a lot. I'll report back my sitting experience after I'm healed and cleared for action.

I think compression shorts is best for formals cause they hide stuff well. But comfort while sitting and chilling in a restaurant, movie theater, or long drives feels like crap as my penis tends to rise up and exerts pressure on them.

I’m trying out Separatec boxers today, the bamboo variety, and they're softer.

myself , my glans were pretty sensitive and i used the tip cut off a sock to pad the glans . Before the 2-month mark, that wasn't needed anymore . As long as i have my penis to the side and not poking directly into the underwear towards the center , where it doesn't have the room to fit .
you might take a little longer , due to your having your incision towards the tip of the shaft and i had mine on the scrotum, which made for pretty easy and fairly quick recovery. i noticed members with that incision had a harder and longer time to be able to bend the penis after the surgery . i could see the shaft being sensitive and sore from that . the balls ? nothing .
with mine i was able to bend it down on the day after the surgery , and flew from india to the Philippines in 4 days . not with out some need to adjust mr wiener, though . a bathroom trip or pillow on top of my lap to discreetly move it .

Thanks a ton for this, ready2go. You're spot on. Indian surgeons who crank out 250-300 malleables a year go for the penoscrotal incision. They only do sub-coronal for special reconstructive procedures.

Never heard of them. Will they be firm enough to keep the beast down?

yes 9 0 clock or 3 oclock , or if you're standing and parallel to the floor ,all the same .basically 90 degre from the body , sticking straight out, not down . my implant will not stay in that position . it of course stays hard but will fall downwards when im standing.
any position is ok . none are uncomfortable

I was implanted last summer at age 57yo with a Tactra and have to say that at first, having a malleable, requires somewhat of a lifestyle change. I was overly sensitive for months, especially in the head of the glans (less now) and my choice of underwear pretty much dictated what kind of a day I would have. During that time, I cycled through tight-fitting briefs and loose boxers and don't think I really found any that were perfect. Many times, my unit was confined, bound and pinched in whatever I wore and I was constantly "rearranging". Also, the Tactra video and illustrations show the penis being bent downward to stow and bent upward for urination/penetration-haha...good luck with that one. I can very forcibly bend mine a small amount but within 30 seconds, it has returned to its pre-bent banana shape. Another thing, I was probably on the smaller side of average in terms of size but using a VED gave me a small amount of additional length and I was satisfied with its overall appearance. That said, I never actually measured before/after, but my wife and I can definitely tell that I took a hit in that area-I lost a small amount of ground in length and a noticeable amount in terms of girth. All-in-all, I would probably do it all again though because I have few worries about a revision and at least a functional unit for penetrative sex (I had nothing before). I guess it's that saying, "something is better than nothing".

58yo, healthy, fit man with long-standing ED and disappointing results with conventional treatment modalities. Now implanted (07/2024) with Tactra, malleable implant.

Do you think your wife enjoys sex with the implant?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled 5/19/25
