Pump Placement - Behind Testicles? Girl on top?

Postby splitpeach » Sat Feb 01, 2025 8:18 pm

What are the options on where to place the pump? Anyone had it placed behind testicles?

I think the pump looks pretty obvious at the front. A girl playing with your balls will surely feel it. I'm thinking behind it won't be as noticeable.

Also how is it with the girl on top and bouncing on you? Doesn't she land on the pump and cause issues or pain?
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.

Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.

Splitpeach, I don't have mine behind the two bothers, but I've never had any pain with my wife bouncing on me or when I'm banging her while I'm on top.
I'm married, so I wasn't concerned about hiding the pump at the back of the scrotum. I'm sure that a girl might feel it, but she might not know what it is and just not say anything.

Maybe some other guys that are single, that have their pump concealed at the back will chime in, so we can get their opinion.

Usually, no girl is going to realize anything, especially, when you start fzcking them, they don't care "why?", they just take your iron-hard dick and enjoy!

I agree most women don’t care because it’s rockhard and they like it. I’m 63 today and the wife still thinks it’s crazy how good it is best thing ever did.

I'm 36. Had ED for fucking 20 years. I hesitated at every treatment option. Now I don't give a shit Anymore, get that contraption in there already. My dick has been the bane of my life. I'm over it.

I read somewhere that someone had it behind their balls. If anyone has done this or knows of reasons not to do this then I'd be really curious to hear their perspective.

I think grasping the pump bulb from behind your sack is a big issue. You're going to always be agitating the disturbed nut. Not a good thing to do. How long will you be postponing your pleasure while your nut is pissed at you? You need to understand that smart drs have developed a general plan on what works best. Trust their knowledge. They're professionals, let them do their job.

I am 27. Mine is behind and its less noticeable, but completely noticeable anyway. However, I clearly prefer it there and it does not cause me any issue.

Juerhareb, sorry that you’ve had ED at an early age.
Just curious since you have the AMS MS pump and it is pretty large, so how do you pull it forward from the rear of your scrotum to inflate?
Mine is in the front between his two brothers. I use my right hand to grasp the pump and then I hold it with my left hand at the top of the block and I use the knuckle of my index finger and lower thumb to pump using my forearm muscles.
I don’t feel my pump when sitting, but do you, since it’s at the back?

Thanks,

I knew there was some that had the pump placed behind the balls. How high is it? How do you pump? When you say still noticeable how do you mean? The partner can't even see it right? You mean feel it?

I think if I had the balls (no pun intended) to get this done at 27 I might have been happier. I was using Viagra at 27 and it sucked.
