All I can say is: Wow. I had the best sex of my life last night. For almost 4 hours. I tried positions I was either too nervous to try before or simply couldn't manage because of venous leak. I definitely put my cardio training to the test last night. All that work on the treadmill and the bicycle really appears to have paid off. I gave my lady a pounding that thedriver would no doubt be proud of.
.

Very good!
Thanks Duke for your detailed report. What about the girth? Are you the same as before implant ?

Fantastic update brother Duke, and it will just get better from here.
I put my Genesis to the cold weather durability testing all this past weekend out ice fishing in the ice castle.
Details as follow.
Out on the lake just over 7 miles, with a outdoor temp of 8 below, winds out of the north at 20 mph set the windchill at around -35 below.
In the ice castle it was a toasty 70 degrees, I only augered out 2 holes, fathead on the one pole, crappie minnow on the other pole. Limited out on crappies, couple small northerns that I threw back, and had a blast.
Oh yeah,,, there was a 3rd pole involved also,,, but there was a dirty slutwife on it at all times of the weekend

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

I really appreciate your input on semi-rigids, but some of the pictures are becoming poor taste for an informational forum. I like your contributions and I'm not trying to be rude, but I had to say something
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled 5/19/25

Hey thedriver, can you also post some pics of your penis with the genesis? I know your wife is lots more interesting :D , but seeing photos of your results would be very useful (especially for people like me, I'm on my fourth IPP and I'm thinking to switch to a malleable for my next revision). Thanks!

I definitely put my cardio training to the test last night. All that work on the treadmill and the bicycle really appears to have paid off. I made her finish 9 times last night, 2 times with my mouth and 7 times with my Genesis. I take an anti-depressant (Wellbutrin) that sometimes makes it difficult for me to finish, but I came 3 times in total, myself. I haven't lost any sensation in my penis. And, importantly, my girlfriend wasn't able to tell that anything was different with me. There's no visible signs of scarring or swelling or anything.

I almost can't believe it. But holy shit, I did it. I feel like my entire life is ahead of me, romantically speaking. This has given me so much confidence. I feel almost high from my accomplishment. I'm so glad that I took the risk and went in and just did this for myself. It's one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

Other notes:

I still have some sexual anxiety. Incredibly, I still had some occasional anxiety about whether I would lose my erection. Which, logically, is ridiculous. I have a $10,000 pair of rods inside my cock. But that's the nature of anxiety. I literally double-checked myself a couple times last night to make sure I hadn't lost it.

The Genesis is very malleable when you're having sex. I noticed that particularly after a hard cowgirl session, my penis would be gently bent in the direction that it ended up in. It didn't feel painful to bend it back into its "natural" position, but I think maybe I was a little sensitive. Healing is definitely still occurring. Probably it's the case that the Tactra doesn't have this characteristic. I don't think it's a problem with the Genesis, since the device is designed to be this way.

I'm a little sore, but probably no more sore than I should be. I have a very small amount of residual soreness from last night, but I think this is normal, especially considering the fact that I had sex for 4 hours. I think anyone would probably be a little sore.

Thank you all for your support. Means the world to me.

booo yaaaaaa! you can bet your gf has that night listed as one of her best sessions ever. haha

I don't see anything irritating in posting some photos and some stories of sex with implants. You could do a poll for those who prefer photos and stories of sex of people with implants, in my opinion it's also a way to lighten things up amid so many people's problems implanted

Thats fine, I was just trying to give a little inspiration to a few members and show them that a old guy in his mid 60's with a plain old run of the mill boring loosing size, can't conceal it, fucked up eroding malleable is actually enjoying it without any of these problems.
All I can say is WOW,,,, I'll pull the pic's,,, didn't think I was offending anyone.. just trying to liven up the site a little bit.. wasn't really trying to be rude,,, just wasn't expecting a prude.......
