Regaining Length After Surgery

Before my penile implant surgery I used a VED and Restorex to maximize my pre-surgical length and girth. After a VED session my erect penile length was around 15-15.5cm. So I was disappointed that during surgery the surgeon measured my EPL as only 13 cm.

I'm kind of bummed out by that measurement and I'm wondering: after cycling for a year post surgery, will I only be getting my length back to 13cm, or is 15 cm still a reasonable target?

VED is a tool to use to help stretch your penile material. Remember - after using it, it's going to go back to 'normal.' Its all about ensuring you maintain your normal length - not that the length AFTER a VED session is your 'normal' length. VED will engorge your penis for sure, and "stretch" some of the material (I use that term loosely) - but doesn't result in any significant gains. Don't pay attention to any of the measurements in your chart. How you measure and how the doctor measures and under what circumstances are going to be different.

That being said - its going to take time for your body to adjust to the implant and the implant to break in. I certainly went through a WTF moment or two after my surgery and looking at what I had - especially from where I came from - but it will take some time for everything to come around. Possibly up to a year. You will need to cycle the equiment and give things time to work in. Its going to suck for a while - but you'll get through it.

You lost size immediately after getting an implant. That happens to literally 100% of patients. Shove some tubes in a guy's dick and it's gonna take a while to settle and heal.

If you consistently cycle for months you should get back everything you lost. If you also use VEDs you will get it back sooner and could gain more size than before but issues with using them obsessively cause you wanna make your dick bigger is not ideal. Cycling, VED use, Perito's THE exercise will get you what you want (a bigger dick). But keep a balance between how much of each you're doing.

Correction: Cycling alone might lead to more size. I have no idea.

I was an inch shorter post op & bout half inch short girth but am back at 7.5" length & 5.5 girth after 7 months. I think with cycling to a stretch & healing I've gained & am now only a half inch off both my prior injection erection right before surgery so there's hope!
