First, I’m grateful to Eid that I stil have bloodflow to the spongeiosum and glans after the surgery. Somedays I wake up quite plump. In fact, I am almost hard enough to have sex without more than a few pumps. I do still take Viagra prior to sex but it is hit or miss on how well it works and I hate the headaches. I don't know if there is a "right amount of pumps," generally speaking, as people have different anatomies, lengths/girths. Also, not everyone's pumps act exactly the same. There also might be a difference between the brands.

Turned out to be mondors disease, Its disappearing slowly. Hard veins on my shaft are gone. Just waiting for the hard veins on my head to disappear when I'm aroused. Pain has definitely subsided. Realized i had the guitar chord veins on january 17th. so its been about a month.

Unfortunately every time I orgasm I get crazy pain/soreness comparable to when I tried trimix. Usually lasts 4-6 hours too.
They believe it’s pelvic floor dysfunction. I was prescribed diazepam and baclofene compounded but since I have a Cdl I haven’t been able to take it.
