I have no desire for sex?
Prostatectomy Sept 2020, I have good results with Tri mix but libido lacking? Any suggestions would be appreciated?
I am Happily Married and 65 years old. Nerves were not spared.

I don’t see how an implant would affect desire. If you haven’t already, have a full range of blood work done from a doctor you trust.
I’m the same age as you and I started resistance training about a year ago for my overall health. It also helps a bit with libido because it naturally increases testosterone.
(I know some guys on here are going to recommend TRT, but I would only consider it as a last resort because it shuts down your body’s natural production of testosterone)
