If one were to only be 3" flaccid stretched, is there an implant for this size? And would this implant extend farther as time went on?
Only asking because i have peyronies and 4" flaccid stretched now. There is a chance i lose some length to peyronies and curious to see if i could get to at least 4" erect if this happened

Hi powderpowder if you are 4" flaccid stretched you could gain some length over time. Only what your body will allow you too. The implant will straighten your peyronnies and give you some length also.

powderpowder,
A lot depends on the severity of scar tissue ... if excessive scar tissue/plaque is involved, the URO (I would recommend a specialist) can "model" (remove) some scar tissue during the surgery. In guys with Peyronies a Titan or AMS CX model is generally used ... neither expand in length, only girth.

Does the model ams CX act like the titan as in it does not at all get bigger in length? if a surgeon like eid kramer or milam saw how important it was to a peyronies sufferer would they consider giving you the ams lgx like jackp received, to regain the lost length? I dont see why the ams lgx wouldnt be the top choice, wouldnt the lengthening with lgx not matter with plaque being the plaque is removed during surgery?
Re: what are the smallest size implants?
Because in most cases they do not take out the plaque, so you need the implants with the best axial rigidity like ams 700 cx or Coloplast Titan. Then if it is not enough to correct the curvature, they do the hand modelling which means that the surgeon breaks the plaque with his own hands (ouch).

Lets assume you can still have great sex with the curve you have (20 degree for example) ,since there is no need to fix curvature can you opt for an AMS LGX 700?
Re: what are the smallest size implants?
Seems that I have read there might be a 19 cm Coloplast Titan but I would not be surprised if you could not take a 21 cm, unless you are measuring to the bone in the stretch at 3-3.5". As others have mentioned, and suggested by my surgeon, you can only get what you can stretch out in the "flaccid stretch" (at best). If anything larger (cylinders) was used with the assumption that your tunica would stretch to it in time, well while possible I guess, this could be dangerous also if you pumped to much.
My theory through this procedure has been that whatever I get that is hard and dependable is better than even two more inches if not dependable and lasting. IMO, a hard 3.5-4" penis is better than 6-7" that may shrink in mere seconds. Sure, there are probably ladies that really like a long shaft, but I suggest more CAN BE just as pleased with shorter when used right. The implant gives that control one needs....at least that is what I am hoping, a little early for me to truly testify.(I am working on it.)

Titans come in standard sizes of 14,16,18,20 and 22cm. Titan XL's come in 24, 26 and 28cm. You get in between sizes like 19 and 21 by adding RTE's (rear tip extenders) to the standard sizes.
CX's and LGX's come in standard sizes of 12, 15, 18 and 21cm. Also special order sizes of 24cm. Again RTE's can be used to fine tune the in between sizes.
There is no simple relationship between the size of the implant and the size of the visible erection. Other guys mention a 1/3 2/3 'rule of thumb'. 1/3 internal and 2/3 external. In this case a 4 inch erection would need 6 inches of implant size, which is somewhat over 15cm. But there is actually quite a bit of variation, and it seems to me that guys with shorter visible erections tend to have more internal. Also, be aware that it makes a lot of difference whether you are measuring 'bone pressed length' (BPL or hard pressed to the pubic bone) or just from the skin. The standard (sort of... not sure there is a universal standard) is BPL.

Oh, I should also mention that Coloplast has a product call Titan Narrow, that has less girth than the standard and comes in still shorter sizes, and AMS has a product call CXM or CXR, I can't remember which, that is also less girth and has still shorter sizes.
