Lost the 1cm gained from aggressive VED. Rods downsized by 1cm with my consent to reduce the risk of extrusion/erosion

Maybe 1/4 of an inch in length .
In girth , when I'm not aroused I lost 1 inch from 6 to 5 inches.
Now after many months I gain some girth back when Im in the mood
I haven't measured that yet though

Dr Andrew Kramer for initial implant and Dr Melissa Mendez for revision. Dr Kramer posted the video of my first surgery, wherein he complimented my wife’s appearance (she liked that), but took it down when he left Chesapeake Urology. I just saw he reposted it with a new narrative as my case posed unique challenges do to having a long and thin penis. No royalties.

Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

He did really good work. When this implant failed three years later my revision took me from long and thin to short and fat.

So you are saying the titan 26 gave you less length than the AMS 24cm?
What were your measurements before and after surgery?
Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

Initially 0.5inch. within 6 months I'm back to pre op size.
30 y/o. 10+ years of ED. Implanted Titan 20 cm + 1cm RTE 8/13/2024.
