How have you been up to now? I read that you also may have had hard flaccid (maybe I am wrong)? How are you now?

I'm fine but I did end up getting a revision from another surgeon and switched to ams cx. I just couldn't stand how the titan felt in the deflated state, though it was definitely a stronger thicker penis when inflated

Ahh okay. Did you have to pay the original costs all over again and how long did it take to recover from the revision surgery?

I went with my insurance this time so I didn't have to pay anything. Recovery was much faster this time, maybe 10-14 days or so
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

for what its worth , in Egypt a rigi inflatable was $8,500 US. I wasn't there for an ipp and didn't get it . The clinic was clean and looked good though.
that would be a long flight from US though and the follow-ups would be an issue .

EID will be the most expensive since you're also paying for use of a clinic/hospital, anesthesiologist, prescriptions, etc in NYC. Hakky (Atlanta) and Clavell (Houston) should cost less.

Are you sure that the $32k is not with insurance? I spoke with Dr. Clavell's staff recently and the total cost (turnkey) for 2025 is $23k for an inflatable prosthesis. I am interested in having him as my surgeon.

Dr. Karpman in the Bay Area, CA is $20k out the door without insurance, and he's high volume and been doing it a long time. I also interviewed Clavell and was quoted $23K without insurance. This was this year. I'm going with Karpman next week.

Probably my cost was higher because during surgery for the implant, he discovered I had Peyronier's curvature that he had to correct while doing my surgery. I'm sure that could add to the cost. But I'm no expert on insurance. :)

I can't say enough good things about Clavell. He's not the only excellent surgeon out there, but he handles complicated cases like advanced Peyronie's, correcting previous surgeons problems, etc. And super communicator. I don't know where you live but his practice includes over 50% out of town/international patients.
GM(73) ED for past 10 years. 6.0"L, 5.5"G before surgery. AMS CX MS pump 18cm/17.5cm + plication for Peyronie's on 1/29/25 by Dr Clavell in Houston.
