The problem is that the “natural erections” you get isnt useable. Once you insert your erection into the vagina/anus the tissues will compress and the blood will be squeezed out of your penis. With ED your erections not only don’t get hard enough for intercourse it also doesn’t want to retain blood and engorgement.

Theres some men here that claim their engorgement is usable but if that were true they wouldn’t have ED. I think if those men measured their girth before intercourse and then again a minute after they are having sex they will see that the engorgement is gone.

Maybe its because of my size and the amount of tissue needed to be removed. But i definitely do not get natural erections anymore. I can feel my head and underside fill with blood but that's about it.
