So I would like to ask everybody who has an implant that expand in length too (so the AMS 700 LX or the Rigicon Infla 100 AX) if you have any issues with the stiffness of the implant?
Especially if you can perform anal-sex without issues or if there are any problems because of the high pressure?
Best wishes.
Greetings Brother!
There's a separate forum here that focuses on "ED and Gay Men". All the inflatable implants can produce an erection more than hard enough for anal sex. From what I've read by other posters, they may inflate their implant to 70-80% for oral sex, 100% for anal.
Which implant is right for you comes down to several factors including:
- your personal preference
- your surgeon's personal preference
- your height/weight
- your age
- your erect length/girth
- if you also have Peyronie's disease
In the US, we only use AMS or Coloplast inflatables and malleable.
- AMS LGX is popular for men with shorter/thinner penises, older men with less manual dexterity, men who care most about implant comfort when deflated
- AMS CX is popular with men who need an implant not > 21cm + RTEs (rear tip extenders)
- AMS CX is popular with Men who want more girth than they can get from an LGX implant
- AMS CX is popular for patients who have ED + Peyronie's curvature that needs to be straightened
- Coloplast Titan Is popular for men with longer/thicker penisies
- Coloplast is popular with men who need an implant >= 22 cm + RTEs
- Coloplast is popular with men who want the maximum possible girth
- Coloplast is popular with men who have ED+Peyronie''s curvature that needs to be straightened
. AMS LGX and CX will be less prone to "dog ears" when flaccid than Coloplast
So there's plenty of overlap between the capabilities of both AMS and Coloplast implants.
Regicon X seems to be equivalent to an AMS CX
Regicon AX seems to be equivalent to AMS LGX
If you switch to your User Control Panel and select the Profile tab, select Edit Signature. Your signature will be appended to every message you post. It will save you from having to repeat yourself constantly in conversations if you enter your age, marital status, height/weight, erect length before/after and erect girth before/after surgery, where/when you will/had surgery and the make/model/size implant your surgeon used. If you check other posters signature lines, you'll get the idea.
Again welcome! This site is a great resource for men considering inflatable and malleable implants. We all have issues with our dicks.
