Is there a particular reason why Ralph is using a Rigicon? If I look at the advertising, the Rigicon seems to be superior to both the AMS and the Coloplast (=more developed).

The fact that the Rigicon is not discussed here so much could simply be because the Rigicon is not available in the USA and your American Friends dont know it (it is - for what reason ever - not FDA approved)?

He's not using a rigicon on me as it's not available on NHS. In requested it and he said it wasn't an option and suggested Rigicon instead.
