77; ED at 50. Fired by 1st doc (Szobota - VA Uro) too many q's & contact w/ Coloplast rep. New doc: Ellen (VA Uro) implanted 11/8/18. 22cm Titan + 2cm RTEs; moron docs, product rep, intake/ dischg nurses! NEVER again! L- 6.75"; G- 5.5" oval.

The front tips under the glans of the Titan implant are a bit more pointy than the tips on the AMS 700. Maybe that is what is causing your irritation/pain. Since replacing your implant with something else is not an affordable option, maybe the best option it to try to give your implant a little more room to expand.

If you're not using one already, I agree with DonkeyKong that you could try using a vacuum pump to help stretch your penis. Even a small increase in penis length might make your implant more comfortable.
GM(73) ED for past 10 years. Before: 6.0"L, 5.5"G. After (30 days): 5.5"L, 5.25"G. AMS CX MS pump 18cm/17.5cm on 1/29/25 by Dr Clavell in Houston.

Clavell implanted me…my right tip is well into the glans and the left barely enters the glans

42 ED for 9 years vl after a fall. Pre implant 8 1/4 bp x 6 1/8 ish
Clavell titan 26+1 rte…post op very excited: 8 5/8” x 6 1/4” (7” base)
Starting to lose some length

Are you able to have sex comfortably that way?

What do you mean looks insane? Is the glans droopy, or tilted right/left?
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Aug 2024 revision to AMS CX 24cm + 2rte
