Given the weight and size of the pump, regardless of vendor, does that cause the scrotum to stretch to accommodate it? Like most people my scrotum was really swollen right after implant surgery. But now that the swelling has gone down, it looks like my scrotum has stayed stretched somewhat.
So it feels like it’s my scrotum that’s more prominent, not my pump.
Anyone's pump more prominent than mine?

Was Dr Eid's original placement any different from this? I recall someone else revised you.
I’m curious about this too Wolfpacker. Your second surgeon was Clavell or Hakky right? Do you find any difference between the pump placement AND the tubing placement going down from the cylinders? Do the tubes come out at the base of the penis and are thus quite noticeable, or do they come out deeper in the scrotum and are thus more hidden? Thanks.
Age 27. Tried everything before implant. Implanted 02/04/25 by Dr Clavell. Titan Classic 21 CM, no RTEs.

Re: Anyone's pump more prominent than mine?
My crus was measured 7.5 cm which is short yes, but when i told this to Eid, he was unimpressed and said it's no problem for him.
Most guys pump and tubing placements are good because they have deeper / normal crus length, which de implants are designed for.
Clavell did not offer a revision for my tubing, he seemed to think he did the best he could with that. He offered to fix my slightly migrated reservoir "for free - meaning he would wave his surgical fee" though, which i declined.
I don't blame him for the tubing situation. I guess there are only a few surgeons that really know how to do it properly in all circumstances.

prguy3 wrote:Interesting that you say that. From my research and the docs who I've spoken to: there are multiple things that can affect the tubing which can include length of the crus, scrotum size and the healing process. If there is a very short crus and the guy has a small scrotum, there is so much that a surgeon can trim in order to get the pump to fit in the scrotum. I spoke with a guy who said that everything was fine for the first few weeks and then the tubing went forward after he developed some swelling because he exercised too soon.
Did Clavell offer doing a revision? Many guys in this forum say they have good pump placement after their surgery.

This is what I have showing with a Titan Genesis pump. Place down and behind the boys. I don't mind a thing about the outcome. A happy camper.

almost the same with my LGX, pump in front and very visible
I think it mostly depends on how the surgeon hides the thing
