Max inflation girth after having my reservoir’s saline increased from 125cc to 145cc.

During my revision 2 years ago I asked my surgeon to add in a little more saline because I was able to inflate to the point of the bulb going flat. He agreed to add 20cc of saline to my reservoir during an unrelated revision surgery I was having. That’s an additional 16% more fluid.

I have a 24cm titan XL. If I was able to use all of the extra 20cc of saline in my reservoir would that potentially mean my implants cylinders could have 16% more maximum girth than my implants cylinders did when I only had 125cc saline and not 145cc?

Actually I haven’t maxed out the implant since the revision when I got the extra 20cc of saline added. Before the revision I would pump until the bulb would go flat. Now that there’s 20cc more I haven’t hit the limit yet. Kinda wondering if I tried to max pump it again would I gain gerth idk. It would be easier to tell if I gained girth since adding the 20cc saline but I also had silicone injected which gets in the way of properly measuring.

But yeah 16% more saline could add up to another .7” of girth idk. Maybe it’s possible to push past the expansion limit of the implant by having extra saline.

I'd think "pushing past the expansion limit" would result in the cylinders rupturing. Not a good thing.

I think I have gone past the expansion “limit” I just don’t know how far past it I’ve gone though.

John if your worried about girth loss find a surgeon that will put in an extra 20cc of saline. With the extra 20cc of saline you might be able to increase your post op max girth by an extra .5-.7 inches or more who knows. Very few members here talk about over filling the resivores but shouldn’t the amount of fluid your implant can use be one of the deciding factors for your girth?
