Thank you all for your feedback. Interesting
the touch pump also makes noise for some. Well I’ll find out soon enough on my own!

As long as it works, there’s no complications, and hopefully keep close to my size, I’ll be happy! 24 hrs from now it all starts for me….

I have the Titan touch and it almost never makes any noise. Occasionally I hear a little air-bubble kind of sound. That usually only happens if I pump with my left hand instead of my right. I wonder if there's a little air in the system and the angle I hold it at is a little different with one hand versus the other. Anyway, I almost always use my right hand and I almost never hear anything.

Like others, I found deflation to be tricky at first. I think it was partly because there was swelling and thickened skin. Deflation now is 100% easy and reliable.

Glad I'm not the only one. The AMS 700 LGX I remember it took an entire night when I squeezed random stuff but finally figured it out the next day and it was easy sailing from there.

But with Titan classic it took me about 4 weeks of that. I was avoiding cycling because when I inflated it I'd need to spend over an hour attempting to deflate it and applying so much force it'd be sore for several days after before I do it again. It would deflate eventually somehow, usually right before I really needed it to.

But I found the solution for me on like day 30. What made it a lot easier is doing with my non-dominant hand, my left one. Even now when I am fully capable of deflating it when I want with left hand I'm rarely successful with the right and don't even try it. I think there's several possibilities of why this was the case, like my left thumb and index finger line up perfect with the right spot. No pushing the pump when you mean to only touch the deflate bars. Curious to hear from others about this.

I didn't start cycling the AMS until 35 days after surgery because my doctor didn't tell me to. I figured doing it again wouldn't hurt anything, and I didn't particularly want to fly back to Atlanta but I was realizing it was getting close to time to go to the ER and find a urologist who could do it.

Cool, does seem to work. Don't think I have a particular need for that but good to know in case.

I would encourage you to rather embrace the noise. Use it like a mating call. That is what I do. Wife loves it!

Which reservoir size do you have? Is it fully filled?

125 ml capacity. Filled with 110 ml. I am reasonably sure that is the reason for the noise.

I have a 75 ml reservoir that (as far as I know) is filled. My Titan Touch squeaks from about pump #2 to around #20 or so. It's loud enough that my wife is aware of my actions so I don't even try to pump more slowly or be quiet at all. Just part of the foreplay...
