Sometimes the surgeon extends the penoscrotal incision slightly to remove scrotal webbing using a diamond shaped excision, which will make the penis appear a bit longer after surgery. One of the surgical videos I saw on YouTube had an example of that excision.

did you get a visible scar from the horizontal incision? or it competely went away?


I couldn't see it. Any incision in the scrotum heals up and is hard to see afterwards, unless it's a total hack job.
