Tips "halfway" into the glans - what exactly does that mean?

I've seen a few posts on here stating that the tips should go about halfway into the glans.

I'm wondering if that is for aroused or unaroused?

When i'm not aroused, my tips go more than halfway into my glans. When i'm aroused they are halfway.

I personally would like them to be less than halfway in the flaccid state, i feel i might be slightly oversized...

My simple answer. Looking down at your penis, press down on the top of head or glans. You should feel the tip in the middle of the head or glans

My dr tested mine when I was pumped up. Maybe a week after surgery.

I agree, mine are way over halfway when not aroused and I really wish they weren't in so far
