Mine actually has a tiny amount of metal in it, I think the spring clips in the hose couplings, when travelling abroad, I always warn the officers first so they will know what they are detecting.
Don't be an arse with them, or they will be the same with you, and they will win, every time. This applies especially in the USA, where the Border Force have no sense of humour whatsoever.
Onset of ED at age 46, no erection since, pills, VED , Injections, no luck, not even once.
Implanted 19.04.2023 in UK, with Rigicon Infla 10 AX, not functioning so far, still hopeful.

Always an option! LOL!!!
Aggressive prostate cancer (genetically predisposed) at 52. Required immediate intervention. Robot Assisted Radical Prostatectomy (RARP) in December 2021. Erectile function never returned. Penile implant (AMS-700) in March 2024. Bionic Boys Club FTW!

Yeppers. But its accuracy was slightly off. The AMS-700 has a small bit of metal in the pump; however, the scanner was detecting just to the right of my groin area. Scanners in the U.S. never detect anything, but there are some international airports with scanners that catch everything.

No problems in other countries that don't honor Pre-check, though.
Not fond of some dude groping my crotch, though.

Pre-check is a wonderful thing! But, to your point, not all countries honor it. My understanding is that most scanners are not strong enough to detect the small amount of metal in a penile implant. But some clearly are. As far as ‘groping’, I couldn’t care less. I don’t believe most security folks are after a cheap thrill. It’s just some dude trying to get through his workday. As long as nobody behaves in any way that’s creepy or inappropriate, I’m happy to comply. If they ask, I’ll tell them all about the implant. But I’m not offering personal medical details unless they specifically request that information.

It should have been provided to you after your implant procedure. You can request one from the manufacturer.

No one asked! LOL! I’m perfectly comfortable sharing information about my implant; however, I’m not volunteering personal medical details unless they specifically request it.

My implant (Boston Scientific AMS-700) has a small metal component in the pump valve. It doesn’t (or hasn’t yet?) set off any scanners in the U.S. I’m not intentionally being an arse to anyone. If they ask, I will happily share my medical information. But I’m not offering such personal details if they don’t explicitly ask. We are entitled to some expectation of privacy. Also, bonus points for use of the word ‘arse’! ;)

If they stop you to check you, ask, and you don’t say anything, would they just send you on your way? I don’t want to make their job harder, but my strong personal preference is not to share any personal medical information with anyone except doctors.
Age 27. Tried everything before implant. Implanted 02/04/25 by Dr Clavell. Titan Classic 21 CM, no RTEs.

That’s the thing, he never asked. If they ask, I will tell. If they don’t, I won’t. I’m not interested in making their job harder either. But neither will I share personal medical information unnecessarily. In this instance, he didn’t ask and simply let me go through. And I should say, he was both professional and charmingly personable during the interaction.
