It's holding up; it just has a number of issues. I've complained about the pump before, but it also stands at 4 o'clock when fully inflated. I like a firm base, and because the LGX has such a "wobbly" foundation, I have to really INFLATE it. This makes angling the implant upward, such as for missionary sex, practically impossible, which is a drag because missionary is my favorite position.

In retrospect, at 23cms, I probably should have been given a CX. I definitely think I'm going to swap at some point soon; the question is whether I try the CX or the Rigi10. I have time to consider.

It seems that no one has called you out on this but here goes. Dude if your implant is 27 cm the proximal ends must be hanging out of your ass. If that fat little stubbie is any more than 7 inches fully extended then I’m a monkeys uncle. The proof is in the pudding, so to speak. Show it fully extended with a nearby ruler or quit trolling. I’ve seen your posts for months and with this photo I can’t believe that you have not been called out yet. So I’m doing it now.
If you’ve got 27cm then show us the slab fully stretched out or knock off the BS.
This is just my opinion but you seem like an insecure troll to me. Prove me wrong.

Perhaps a 27 cm Tactra rod was used, and the surgeon trimmed it to fit, but IR assumes he received the full 27 cm. In the implant card, they always mention the full product length and not the trimmed length.

I am curious, what was your angle before the surgery? I think implants tend to keep the natural angle of the penis. I've always had a 2 o clock angle and still kept it after the implant. Not sure if the brand has much to do with it

I agree that he is showing only an arguably shady angle and not super clear pictures.

That being said. I have a relatively big implant for a relatively small penis size. So I do think that some people have deeper proximal measurements than other. I got a 24cm implant in my revision, but my bone pressed erect length immediately post op is only 15cm (5.9 inches) it seems that others in the forum others with a much bigger penis than mine have smaller implant somehow. I do hope mine will grow with cycling over time though

2. I extremely doubt you have a 27mm implant considering I have a 28mm titan coloplast. And I’ve given proof to the size of my penis.
3. Your dick doesn’t even come close to your belly button in that picture.
