Update:

For the most part for the past month I have taken no aids and the prior 4 months only larginine and pycnogenol. I have not had a complete failed attempt since November. I'd give my erections an average of 8.5-9... Still feel like I'm not always relaxed enough to go as hard as possible. I have had a couple of occasions where they have been close to 10. Funny I still don't feel I'm fully recovered and I get nervous if she goes on top which is when I lose it on occassion and will have to switch positions...... So my advise no porn, attempt lots of sex and mix in pycnogenol and larg on occassion. Thoughts

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I find a little yohimbine and organic green tea aids the l- arginine.
