While it's true that no video can sometimes be preferable to a bad video, I would rename the title as an excellent demonstration of an undersized semi-rigid

This exactly. Way undersized!!!

Are you sure?

He had a priapism which means he probably has significant corporal fibrosis. Perhaps the surgeon was concerned about erosion

I'm not sure, it's just a speculation

It does my heart well to hear from the malleable guys that this is NOT a good representation of the semi-rigid.

As someone who is strongly considering the malleable, this video scared the crap out of me
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Bad example of a malleable, sized wrong for sure, there has to be some flexibility there also, but the implant dosen't go into the glans area like they should, and I don't really know if that is the hinging point of the implant or just loose suspension of the implant.
I had priapism also and it wasn't a added concern for erosion with my surgeon, the only time the priapism came into play was with the internal stitching coming loose on my 2 revision.
I had trouble opening the link also, I wish a guy could post a video directly on this site, I would show all the na-sayers what a malleable can actually do too a woman. :D
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

That also worried me a little seeing that. I am still leaning heavily towards the malleable though. Even if it was sized wrong the first time. I would think it could be revised and nailed dead on the second time. Still less revisions than an inflatable that will more than likely need multiple revisions over 20-30 years. Does the malleable hold a hard on straight out when standing if sized right ?

Mine is pretty close to straight at any angle.

Obviously I'm not a surgeon, but my immediate thought here is that if the surgeon was concerned about erosion, why create all those opportunities for erosion by undersizing the implant and causing it to poke against the shaft in that very obvious way? This looks totally botched to me, the guy in the video even mentions that the hinge is in the wrong place. Absolutely ridiculous. This almost looks like a DIY implant job, it's so poorly done.

Well mine was done by the leading malleable by volume in the US .. I think his problem is too many students doing the surgeries since it is a teaching hospital and you sign away all your right as a patient when you go there pretty much. When I was there 6-2024 for my 2nd implant across the way was another guy I heard talking to the dr. had the same problem under sizing. If I knew how to make a video I'd make on showing the stiffness of the Rigicon and post it.
