Testosterone affects

I’ve been on T therapy for 10 years. I have benefited in many ways. However, I’ve been dealing with pimples or rash on my back. Has anyone have this problem? I tried using acne ointment but it only helps with the friggin itching.

Yes I do have itch on my back. Cortizone cream helps a great deal. Not sure its from Androgel but if I wear the same shirt for two days that does happen.

Mark, do you have a back scrubber? If not, consider getting one (there are silicone ones that rinse clean and less likely to harbor bacteria than a loofa on a stick).

Maybe washing your back frequently with head and shoulders shampoo will not only clean but might soothe the skin.

Thanks guys. I’m definitely going to to get a scrubber! Wife doesn’t like them hanging around. Believes in washcloths.

Just got a prescription from the dermatologist. Hopefully I can stop the itch.
