I've never kept pressure on the injection site for 5 minutes. Probably a minute max, while I'm massaging in the mix. I certainly won't tell you to ignore medical advice. Yes, compress for 5 minutes!

I always keep my vials frozen.

I hope I don't have to wait 5 minutes. Just what I've read. I'll find out soon.

As I inject very slowly, I very really have any blood at all when I withdraw the needle, I put pressure on the spot for a very short time.

I received my shipment today but.................the contents were pretty warm. The ice packs had melted. I called the pharmacy and they said do not use and to return the package. So I'll get replacements which is good but now I have to wait for the new shipment.

Well I finally got my shipment and we gave it a try this afternoon. They suggested starting at 5 units so that's what I did.
I also used my 5/16" 31g syringes instead of their 1/2" 29g. It was a little painful but not bad.
After massaging the meds in I started to get a semi erection and after some foreplay, it didn't get any more firm. I expected this to be honest since I've read about guys injecting more. I guess next time I'll try 6 units? I've got the phenylephrine on standby and some Sudafed also. Maybe that'll keep me out of the er.

2.5 is all you use? Maybe your mix is stronger than mine.
