I’ve noticed that the right cylinder tip is not as high into the glans as the left one and kind of sticks out a bit. The last woman I was with mentioned that it was poking her and it made her sore.

What can I do to mitigate this? Is this just a case of getting the glans to engorge more?

I’m not sure how to proceed really.

Consider Trimix uretral gel. It will make the glans engorge and might be just what you are looking for.

I’ve tried it and while yes, it does work, it’s very expensive to buy. It’s like £65 for 4 tubes if I remember correctly.

Check prices again. Perhaps there is a less expensive source. And since you are just looking for some glans engorgement you might be able to use just a small portion of each tube?

were the tips uneven already from the first surgery? or did they become worse after the second surgery?

What was the reason for the revision?

Were the tips always uneven since first surgery?

And are you happy with the implant nowadays or not really?

They were much better with the original implant. I’m not sure how it works with these docs, but he might have rushed my revision because there were a half dozen guys getting ipp the same day

Quite suprising that you got the same size as the first implant but somehow you ended up with uneven tips. Did they add you some extra RTE on the revision, or nothing at all?
