Hi folks. He opened my foreskin and peeled it all the way down to the base like a Nesbitt Procedure, so penis was opened up. Was put to sleep for it. No serious pain but there's been a bit of bleeding and my penis is totally swollen and totally black and blue, bruised to bits. He said he tied off 18 veins! He has no way of telling which ones were leaking so just tied off as many as he could. Has put a few dissolvable stitches in under the glans. They will dissolve in 4 weeks, so have to go easy and heal over the next 4 weeks. He said the length of the penis was very good, stretched it to its full 15+cm for the procedure, this suggests if I have to get an implant I should be able to retain my length.

For now I will just relax over the next few weeks, heal, and then see if this procedure has yielded any result.

Hi mate. I'll be recovering for another 3 weeks. Dissolvable stitches take 4 weeks to dissolve, and I was advised to avoid sexual activity until at least 4 weeks pass.

First 2 days after surgery there was a tiny bit of blood, and my penis totally black and blue. It was also swollen, but not too sore.

After about 3 days the bruising started fading away, but I kept swelling up. Reached maximum swelling at about 4 days. Penis was very girthy. A bit of pain and discomfort started about 4 days post op, not unbearable pain or discomfort, but enough to keep me on the couch/in bed for 2 days.

Now 7 days out it seems like most of the swelling is finally dying down. Most of the bruising is gone as well.

I've felt a few morning erections coming on the past few days but they've been painful so I usually jolt into panic when they happen because of the pain, therefore I haven't seen them go full bloom yet.

I don't know if I'll get full bloom stress free erections yet, I'll probably have to wait another 2+ weeks before I can evaluate that, because of the stitches, but bases on what I've felt so far, there has certainly been some improvement. However I don't know how good exactly the improvement is, or if it will last.

Hi brother, I hope you improve. I use 100mg Viagra and an elastic band, the kind used to tie bills together like a ring.
